If your order arrives with missing items, we will accept returns and/or refunds, but it must be within 30 days after the day of shipping to your home. To assist us in processing your claim quickly, we kindly ask that you send us a video of the unboxing process with pictures as detailed as possible and your order number through contacting us at hello@japanwithlovestore.com.
